Application Process

Candidate Applies | Whether you find us or we find you, we'd love to grab your resume and a learn a little more about your background on paper.

Will Reed Intro Call | Before we jump into a formal interview process, we would love to tell you a little more about us and what we look for in a new team member. Feel free to ask us any questions and better determine if Will Reed could be the place for you.

First Phone Interview | Now we would love to get to know your story a little more. Your first phone interview is with one of the Will Reed recruiters who is in the day-to-day of the business. This call will last 30 to 45 minutes.

Second Phone Interview | Your second phone interview will be with another member of the Will Reed team. Not only does it allow for you to get a second perspective, but it enables our team to make sure we make a well-rounded and unified decision about your candidacy. This call will last 45 minutes to 1 hour. 

On-site Interview | Following phone interviews, Will Reed Jobs invites candidates to visit their Uptown Dallas Headquarters for an office tour and another interview. You will meet with 2 to 3 members of the Will Reed team simultaneously. They will ask you a series of strategic and case study style questions. This on-site will last 1 hour to 1.5 hours.

Project | As a final step in the interview process, the final candidates will present a project to the Will Reed team. Will Reed will provide the candidate with a prompt and give her 3 to 5 days to prepare. This project allows the candidate to "try the job on for size" while allowing our team to see where the candidates excels.

Final Decision | Will Reed will let candidates know within one week of their Project Presentation regarding the final decision.
